Our real estate and affordable housing programs focus on purchasing, renting, and creating affordable housing in Montgomery County, Maryland.  We explore creative approaches in providing decent housing, suitable living environments, and expanded economic opportunities, principally for low and moderate-income persons.  As Certified Aging Place Specialists (CAPS), we work with families to address and create accessible housing.    Free home repair services to income eligible residents of Prathertown are available on a first come, first served basis.
