November 1, 2024 - Maryland Governor Wes Moore and Montgomery County, Maryland County Executive Marc Elrich proclaim September 21 to 28 as Prathertown Preservation Week
Every year during this there will be intentional emphasis on celebrating and preserving the rich history. Members of the Prathertown community got involved by volunteering or participating in events such as Cemetery Cleanup, Emergency Preparedness, Poetry Contests, etc.
